Co-Founder & CEO
Serial entrepreneur and Y Combinator founder with a deep technical background and a track record of building software and AI products. After a PhD program in computational neuroscience at UCLA, he has since led engineering teams and scaled technology across industries. Now building the AI extraction pipeline that powers Valyte's filing-level accuracy.
Hawkins Entrekin
Co-Founder & COO
Hawkins draws on a deep track record in real-estate private equity and credit. He is the founder of Warden Capital, a public / private market real estate investment company and formerly led acquisitions for RSF Partners, a commercial real estate PE fund. Prior to that, he worked on distressed mortgage debt at C-III Capital Partners in the aftermath of the financial crisis. Now applying that acquisitions expertise to build the research tools he wished he had as a fund manager.
Alex Quinlan
Co-Founder & CTO
Alex is a software engineer specializing in startups and scalable systems. He was the second engineer at Blue Apron and helped build the company through its IPO in 2017. Later, at Imagen, he contributed to developing the first FDA-approved AI software for fracture detection in medical imaging. Now building the infrastructure behind Valyte's real-time REIT data platform.

Joseph drives financial strategy across Valyte’s AI-powered intelligence platform. His background in finance and entrepreneurship bridges analytical rigor with product-focused execution, aligning capital efficiency, growth strategy, and long-term value creation for the platform and its users.
Roshen John
Head Analyst
Oversees the analysis and verification of AI-generated financial insights to ensure data accuracy and reliability. With a background in economics and neuroscience from Emory University and four years of REIT-focused hedge fund experience, he brings a rigorous analytical approach to advancing Valyte's AI-driven finance solutions, ensuring every data point in the platform traces back to the source filing.
